Physical Therapist

Trent is a staff physical therapist licensed in the state of Arizona.  He is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Trent has been with the Fischer Institute since 2004.  He grew up in Northern California where he also started his career before coming to Arizona.  Trent has a B.S. in Psychology from Southwestern Adventist University in Texas and his Master of Physical Therapy from Andrews University in Dayton, OH.

Trent specializes in orthopedic injuries of all kinds and has worked with clients at all levels and ages.  He is a certified ASTYM provider, certified custom orthotic device provider, Primal Reflex Release Technique practitioner, manual spinal technique specialist and is working to become an Osteopractor  through the Spinal Manipulation Institute.

Trent has directed off-ice junior hockey camps and adult training camps. He is also a speaker and presenter on the state and national level working with the State of Arizona Athletic Training Association, Professional Baseball Athletic Training Society, the Cybex Institute and FIT Physical Therapy in Northern California.  As the education coordinator for the Fischer Institute he is working to help complete research on ACL protocols and along with helping develop programming for the Cybex Institute.

Trent enjoys anything having to do with outdoors and athletics.  He has completed two marathons, several Ragnar Relay events, and is training for more endurance events.  Trent enjoys baseball, golf, mountain biking, and snow/water sports.  He is also the Medical Lead for the Lost Canyon Games Adventure Race.
