Physical Therapist

Jarad is a licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Arizona. He completed his B.S. in Kinesiology: Pre-
Physical Therapy at Western Washington University. During his first two years at WWU, he played NCAA
Division II soccer, before ending his career due to a quadriceps injury. This drove his interest in the
human body and rehabilitation techniques for various musculoskeletal dysfunctions. He went on to
receive his Doctor of Physical Therapy from The University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in San
Marcos, CA.

Jarad is originally from Washington State and grew up playing football, basketball, and competitive
soccer. He enjoys working in a team atmosphere centered on helping individuals and groups set and
achieve their goals.

Jarad has a special interest in treating and training athletes. He utilizes manual therapy techniques,
functional exercise, and injury prevention strategies to optimize movement patterns in individuals with
various orthopedic injuries.

Jarad has continued to stay involved in soccer through coaching several teams ranging from 6 years old
to the high school level. He enjoys attending local sporting events, exploring the outdoors, and hanging
out with friends and family. His interests include hiking, fishing, four wheeling, skiing, kayaking, playing
all recreational sports, mountain biking, and camping with friends and family.
