PERFORMANCE: COLLEGE AND HIGH SCHOOL CAMPS
The Fischer Institute offers sport-specific and age-appropriate strength and speed camps for College & High School athletes. Our mission is to provide athletes with comprehensive training and preparation that dramatically improves Power, Balance, Agility, Flexibility, Speed and Functional, Sport-Specific Strength.
CAMP PROGRAMS
CHIP GOSEWISCH, CSCS, CPT grew up locally in the Phoenix area and played baseball at Horizon High School. This led him to Arizona State where he played baseball for four years. His college career led to two years in the Minor Leagues with the Anaheim Angels organization.
Chip is also the Performance Director for the MLB & NFL Off Season Strength & Conditioning Camps. The College and High School camps are designed around three key concepts:
- Functional Evaluation – biomechanics and strength assessment.
- Sport Specific – explosive drills on INDOOR grass for speed, agility and quickness with a focus on technique and injury prevention.
- Functional Strengthening – total body strengthening with an emphasis on the core; training motions and movements, not just muscles.
The Fischer Institute is a unique state-of-the-art physical therapy and conditioning center. It is internationally recognized as a top training center. Our facilities include:
